Sadly after a lot of discussion and deliberation – and whilst there are no legal objections to the running of the show – the committee feel that to run the Open show on 10th October could potentially increase the risk of transmission of COVID19 and it is therefore our moral duty to cancel the event. We realise this will be a disappointment to many, but this is not a decision made lightly, and we had genuinely hoped to be able to go ahead, leaving our decisions to the final hour. We send our thanks to both judges, Marina Scott & Paul French for their support for the event. The committee of course will now turn their energy to plans for 2021.
