- Disclaimer of liability – if the items are received damaged or fail to be delivered, the Southern Finnish Lapphund Society (SFLS) will refund the amount paid, on production of evidence for the claim. The SFLS will not be responsible for in the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer as a result of any purchases from the shop.
- Intellectual Property/Trademarks – all images/designs/logos used on the SFLS merchandise are the property of the SFLS or used under licence to the SFLS by their artists. They are covered by UK Copyright law and cannot be used/adapted without written permission of the SFLS.
It is an offence to perform any of the following acts without the consent of the owner:
- Copy the work.
- Rent, lend or issue copies of the work to the public.
- Adapt the work.
- Payment Terms – full payment is required when an order is placed by a customer. Note until payment has actually cleared, no orders will be dispatched. In the case where payment does not clear, the SFLS has a right to cancel the order completely.
- Data Protection – our Privacy Policy details the information we hold as a result of using our online shop.
- Delivery Terms – Price as quoted in the shop include both shipping and delivery as applicable – all good are shipped via the Royal Mail. The quality of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- Product Information & Warranties – Product information is clearly given against each item listed, if you require further details please contact us. There are no warranties provided for any items purchased.
- Right to cancel – you have the right to cancel their order, prior to dispatching. Once good are dispatched then orders cannot be cancelled unless the item is returned unused and in it’s original packaging. The return shipping costs would be at your expense.
